Big clean rooms, comfy beds, hot showers/bath, clean pool, amazing staff. 10/10 will be staying here again.

They charge 250k for an airport shuttle, but a grab is around 50k.

What a great central hotel! About 10 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes to Sanur harbor (to Nusa Penida) and 1.5 hour to Padang Bai harbor (to Gili/Lombok). The staff are so friendly and helpful. The beds are super comfy. The pool is lovely. Room was spacious and clean. We booked a lagoon room and felt it was an exceptional value for the price. They store your luggage which was really convenient for weekend trips to Lombok, Nusa Penida, and Gili islands.

Only downside is the restaurant, which you will see in a lot of reviews. They don’t allow outside food delivery, and the restaurant has a limited menu that isn’t that great. Just plan ahead for this and get food on your way to the hotel or if you are out and about. The breakfast that’s included wasn’t the best breakfast we had, but also not the worst. At least it is substantial. For us, how great the rest of the hotel was overshadowed the minor inconvenience of the restaurant.

We booked the 1 bedroom villa and it was spectacular! The pool and jacuzzi were clean and lovely. Beds are soft and comfy. Big thank you to Mega at the front desk for taking such good care of us!

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days, and it was a deeply disappointing experience. Their strict no-cancellation policy trapped me into keeping the booking despite my concerns, which felt unfair and inflexible. The restriction on ordering outside food until 9 PM was absurd—apparently, they want you to rely solely on their overpriced restaurant for most of the day. The room policy is equally frustrating, limiting occupancy to just two adults, making it impractical for anyone needing a bit more flexibility.On a positive note, the room service was decent—prompt and polite, which was a small relief. But that’s where the good ends. The mini bar looked like it hadn’t been updated in decades, outdated items that no one would want. The toiletries provided were cheap, flimsy, and barely usable.

Usual rooms or villas were very old property, seems like not well maintained / cleaned. Photos of the listing were not near a true representation of current reality. We wanted to leave the next day then they offered a fairly new built villa which was ok so we stayed.Only good experience was with staff, ladies at the reception were so nice ?

Everything except…

The split AC was far from the bed and not fully cool the room until the bed area. Also, no pool towel offered and place to hang your wet towel or clothes

You can find anything you ask from a private villa, from a jacuzzi and private pool to an outdoor kitchen with a TV. Neat and clean room, well and modern designed throughout. The staff was amazing, and the breakfast was delicious and convenient.

Loved the villa setting with attached pool. The layout of the room was decent.

Would’ve liked it if the A/C was closer to the bed. Apparently you have to pay for extra towels and have to specifically specify if you wanted towels for the pool. It was very weird to be charged for just a couple extra towels.There were no face or hair towels either. So it’s just big towels or pool towels. Which was weird to me

Everything in this villa was exceptionally good. The private pool, clean room to the wonderful staff.

On arrival, the sheets were dirty. Room had flies and bed sheet had blood stain. They changed it after we asked them to (no apologies)Villa rules makes it a less hospitable place. More like a hostel. For example : No food or grocery delivery drivers allowed here - that's just one of the rules. Breakfast is expensive compared to basic breakfast rates in Bali. Coffee for 45k (AUD 4.50) was very average.

Very comfy and space is very big even they have a small kitchen which amaze me. The bathtub also very big can fit 2 person tho!

Villa with private pool was great, clean and in good location. Just be aware that you villa will be visited by some animal guests like bats, lizards and so on, which is absolutely natural.The villa is cleaned every day.

Breakfast - you have 3 different breakfast sets to select which might make you bored of you stay there for few days. We decided to eat breakfast outside the hotel on our 4th day.
